Project description: AIA4ALL – Development of open, modular and automatable employer's information requirements (EIR) and BEPs

AIA4ALL is developing a platform for open, modular and automatable employer's information requirements (EIR) and BIM execution plans (BEP). These elements form the basis for comprehensive digitalisation in the construction industry by standardising and automating information exchange and quality assurance in construction projects.

The developed platform supports the creation and use of machine-readable EIRs and BEPs, facilitating and enabling the generation of BIM properties, test rules and documentation in order to verify requirements in a largely automated manner. Various exemplary use cases such as cost calculation, heating/cooling load calculation, technical monitoring and thermal simulation are being developed and tested.
